Shelby had a good tournament this weekend at Red Rocks Country club for the springs Championships. She won her first round match 6-2, 6-4 against Sheridan Sanford, then won her second round match 7-5 6-0 after a slow start against Natasha Scott. In the Quarter Finals, Shelby had a solid match, winning 6-1 6-0. Shelby came up against a tough opponent in the semi finals and lost 6-3 6-3. All in all a good event and a good sign going forward for her summer tournament schedule.
