Lewis Tennis Satellite tournamnet

Shelby gained another runner up trophy this weekend in Fort Collins, CO with her second place at the Lewis Tennis Center satellite tournament. She had a tough final match and was tired after her first round win and lost 5-7 3-6 in a hard fought match. Time to get some rest and get ready for another tournament in a few weeks.

Time Off

Shelby is enjoying a short break from Tournaments and will be playing her first tournament in three weeks this weekend in Fort Collins. After a long string of tournaments, Shelby needed a good break to get ready for the Winter Season.

Free kids day

Shelby went to a free kids day at gates tennis center here in Denver on Sunday. They had several drills and games to play against High School and College kids and Shelby had a great time. The highlight for Shelby was when she got to meet and hang out with Murphy Jensen, the 1993 French Open doubles champion and team tennis coach of her favorite players, Serena and Venus Williams. Shelby was so excited to meet Murphy and take a picture and get him to sign a shirt for her. Picture of Her and Murphy below.
